Terms of Service

What we do

Routed.wtf provides software that creates payment intents, obtains quotes from third-party conversion providers, and shows you the provider-issued deposit instructions and status for your order. Conversions are executed by the provider named on your quote under the provider’s own terms, which you accept before an order is created.

What we do not do

• We do not take custody of your funds or generate deposit addresses ourselves.
• We never ask for seed phrases, private keys or remote access to your device.
• We do not guarantee an output amount unless the quote says the amount is exact.

Your responsibilities

• Send only the asset shown, on the network shown, before the deposit window closes, including any memo or tag.
• Provide wallet addresses you control or are authorized to use.
• Use the service only where it is lawful for you to do so.

Refunds and failures

If a provider cannot complete an order, refunds follow the provider’s policy to the refund address you supplied. Status pages show refund progress and transaction links when available.

Changes and contact

We may update these terms; the version in effect when you confirm an order applies to that order. Contact support with questions.
