  • Irreversibility. Blockchain transactions cannot be reversed. Funds sent to the wrong address, on the wrong network, or without a required memo may be permanently lost.
  • Estimates. Variable-rate quotes are estimates; the final amount depends on market conditions when the provider converts your funds.
  • Timing. Network congestion, confirmations and provider reviews can delay completion. No percentage progress is implied by status pages.
  • Verification. Providers may pause orders for identity or compliance review and may require additional information before completing or refunding.
  • Stablecoins. Stablecoins are issued by third parties and can lose their peg, be frozen by the issuer, or become unsupported on a network.
  • Shared address formats. Many networks share address formats (for example, EVM chains). A valid-looking address does not prove the wallet supports the selected network.
  • Scams. We never ask for seed phrases or private keys, and never contact you first to request funds.
