How does a payment link work?
The recipient fixes the outcome — amount, stablecoin, network and wallet. You pick the crypto you want to pay with, get a quote, and send to a deposit address created by a licensed conversion provider. The recipient receives the exact amount and both sides get a signed receipt.
Do you hold my funds?
No. Deposits go to an address issued by the conversion provider for your order. We never hold funds, never ask for seed phrases or private keys, and never generate deposit addresses ourselves.
What does “rate locked” mean?
For fixed-rate quotes, the amount you must send is guaranteed until the timer ends. If it expires before you confirm, refresh to get a new quote — no order is created until you confirm.
I sent the wrong amount.
Do not send more unless support tells you to. Underpayments and overpayments are handled under the provider’s policy; the status page explains what happens next and whether a refund applies.
I sent on the wrong network or forgot the memo.
Contact support with your order ID and transaction hash immediately. Recovery depends on the provider and network and is not guaranteed.
Why was my payment paused for verification?
Providers may require identity verification for some transactions. Follow only the secure provider link shown on your status page. We will never ask for your seed phrase or private key.
How long does it take?
Timing depends on network confirmations and the provider. Bitcoin usually needs several confirmations; stablecoins on fast networks are often a few minutes. The status page shows each milestone as it happens.
How do I verify a receipt?
Open the receipt and choose “Verify signature”. The signature is checked in your browser against the published key set and by our verification service.
